1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GEX King ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

GEX King provides analytical tools that visualize options-derived market levels (gamma exposure, walls, flips), institutional flow, and dark pool activity. The Service is for informational and educational use only.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on GEX King constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading involves substantial risk. You may lose all invested capital. We do not recommend specific trades, investments, or strategies tailored to your situation. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscription is $50/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• New users receive a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to paid unless cancelled.
• No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. User obligations

• You must be 18 years or older.
• One account per person. No sharing or reselling access.
• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
